Anestesia Shipping & Delivery Policy

Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.

  • 12-Hour Dispatch: We guarantee that all orders are processed and dispatched within 12 hours of being placed.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on public holidays will be dispatched in the next available 12-hour window.
  • Inside Bengaluru: We provide Same-Day Delivery for all orders placed within city limits.
  • Rest of India: Standard delivery takes 4–6 business working days to reach your doorstep.
  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. Anestesia is not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Non-Delivery Areas: While we cover over 27,000+ pin codes, some remote areas may experience slight delays or may not be serviceable. We will contact you immediately if we cannot fulfill your order.
  • Unforeseen Delays: Occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, extreme weather, or public holidays. We will communicate any significant interruptions via email, call or SMS.

  • Returns and Replacements

  • At Anestesia, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Window for Cancellation: You may only cancel your order before it has been accepted by our team.
  • To request a cancellation, please visit the "My Orders" section or contact our support team immediately.
  • Once an order is accepted (typically within minutes to an hour due to our 12-hour dispatch guarantee), it enters our fulfillment cycle and can no longer be canceled or modified.
  •  Damaged Goods & Replacement PolicyWe take immense pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will provide a replacement subject to the following mandatory verification process

  • The 360° Unboxing Rule: To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process.

    • Step 1: Before opening, show all sides of the sealed box/package (360-degree view) to prove the original seal is intact.
    • Step 2: Record the entire unboxing and clearly show the damaged area of the product on camera.
  • You must report the damage and provide the unboxing video to our support team within 2 hours of delivery.
  •  Once the video is verified and the damage is confirmed to be a transit or manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
